doc: Clarify mode of else operand for vec_mask_load_lanesmn

This extends the documentation of the vec_mask_load_lanes<m><n> optab to
explicitly state that the mode of the else operand is n, i.e. the mode
of a single subvector.

gcc/ChangeLog:
