The scheduler incorrectly used free() on a POSIX ACL value, which could cause a
crash (STR #3970)
Still investigating why the reporter is getting an ACL validation error

Fix ipptool order-of-group tests, and always report failures.
Don't pipe test output through tee since then we lose the exit status. May need
to write a small program/script to restore this functionality, although it is
nice to have shorter output...

Make sure we display all DISPLAY attributes, even on test errors.

Add stringification of operations-supported, and change unknown operations to
simply be "0xHHHH".
Update DEFINE-VALUE to work the same as DEFINE-MATCH or DEFINE-NO-MATCH - that way
an EXPECT can just define a single variable when the condition matches.
Add DISPLAY of common printer attributes and Print-Job/Release-Job test.

and do a lot more testing of optional stuff.
