(expand_invoke): Call `build_invokeinterface' with new parameters.
* parse.y (patch_invoke): Call `build_invokeinterface' with new
parameters.

* java-tree.h (lookup_argument_method2): Declared.
(safe_layout_class): Prototype moved from parse.h.

Perform modifier match for methods found declared in implemented
