Fixed build of binutils in base stage.

Modified the uClibc toolchain and added new tools to it.

For lfs/Config POSTBUILD use the find bin from the tools.

Corrected perl because asm/page.h is no longer exported.

Corrected the right installation of the kernel header files.

This is because the x86_64 and i386 tree were put together in
linux 2.6.25.

Imported lighttpd.conf.

This is the first import of a web framework in python.

This framework is not finished yet and still under heavy
development.
