Make sure we display all DISPLAY attributes, even on test errors.
Update the A4/Letter/4x6 media checks to not use a regular expression since
currently all values must match the regex (maybe add an option after the

Add stringification of operations-supported, and change unknown operations to
simply be "0xHHHH".
Update DEFINE-VALUE to work the same as DEFINE-MATCH or DEFINE-NO-MATCH - that way
an EXPECT can just define a single variable when the condition matches.
Add DISPLAY of common printer attributes and Print-Job/Release-Job test.

Do some cleanup of the SSL/TLS support code so that we properly report errors.
Also report connection errors using cupsLastErrorString() in ipptool.
