Added implicit/auto class code.
Implemented MaxRequestSize.
Fixed bug in StartJob() if the filter function failed.

Removed licensing stuff from filter directory.
Updated gamma correction code for PostScript filters - now check for
negative values before doing gamma correction (it's not supposed to
happen, but apparently does with some Tektronix printers).

Dropped "kill" code in signal handler; instead, we now keep track of
the last error status from a filter and stop the printer if the

Fixed HAVE_CRYPT_H configure check.
Now check for empty string from getpass().
The shadow password file support didn't handle when shadow passwords are
available but not enabled.
The browsing code didn't set the "accepting" status on remote printers.

You couldn't break out of the cupsDoFileRequest() password check.
The CUPS package list didn't have the right install/remove commands.
The get_default() function in ipp.c caused a core dump if there were
no printers defined.

Fixed installation rules in several directories...
Added CUPS_SET_DEFAULT command.
Implemented lpadmin command.
Implemented all of the add/delete printer/class and set default stuff.
DeletePrinter() now checks to see if you've deleted the default printer and
adjusts things accordingly.

If a job stops because of an error, it can never be restarted. New code
now transitions job from stopped state to processing when printer is
restarted.

Added install target commands.
Added FONTPATH definition in pstoraster.c.
Updated Fontmap file to alias all fonts (font names in files don't match
filenames...)
