compat-db: Make headers accessible

There was a -headers package available to be able to link
against the compat libraries but it was rather difficult to
use. Now the headers of the latest version are available in
/usr/include to be used.

multipath-tools: Strip to kpartx only

The package doesn't build and requires further dependencies
which probably won't pay off since we only need kpartx here.
