(MODE_HAS_SIGN_DEPENDENT_ROUNDING): False when ROUND_TOWARDS_ZERO.
* real.c (eadd1): Make rounding dependent on !ROUND_TOWARDS_ZERO.
(ediv, emul, eldexp, esqrt): Likewise.
