Typo fix in IPP code.
Image RIP now handles passing control to imagetops and pstoraster as needed
for labels.
Don't do any label stuff if classification or page labels are not set.
Add SERVER_BIN/filter to path for filters.

Add Classification directive and page-label attribute support.
Still need to do GUI changes, update imagetoraster to redirect
through imagetops and pstoraster if a classification is involved,
and output labels from the texttopcl filter.

New apache compatibility - Limit, LimitExcept, Satisfy, Require,
LimitRequestBody.
New RunAsUser directive.
Moved CUPS/Print Pro specific stuff to new "server*.c" files so that
configuration stuff will be otherwise identical.
Directives inside <Location> are now case insensitive.

Configure script changes - remove extra libraries from libcupsimage link.
Bump minor rev of DSO when building with libtool.
Error checking for setuid/setgid
Call setgroups(0, NULL) to eliminate extra, unwanted groups.

The *BSD USB backend should be using the /dev/unlptN files
so that the printer is not reset each time the port is opened.
