Since new format is supported by kernel v6.13 and later, older driver
can't load this firmware correct. Revert this and re-add this with
rtw8852c_fw-2.bin by latter commit.

rtw8852c_fw-1.bin will be kept to v0.27.122.0.

Same firmware apply to the all these PHYs. The current version is 1.8.2.
Firmware provide version via IPC command and the PHY driver will
comunicate the version on PHY load.
