Subject: [PATCH] numfmt: don't require a suffix with --from=iec-i

* src/numfmt.c (simple_strtod_human): Only look for 'i'
after detecting a suffix.
* tests/misc/numfmt.pl: Add a test case.
* NEWS: Mention the bug fix.
