kernel: New build process, PAE kernel.

This is a rework of the kernel building process. In focus of the
script has been the matter that we will have several kernels with
different configurations.
As an example, I created a simple PAE kernel.

kernel/config.i686	[moved from kernel/config with 100% similarity]	blob \| blame \| history
kernel/config.i686-PAE	[new file with mode: 0644]	blob
kernel/kernel.nm		diff \| blob \| blame \| history
