There was a typo in old installation process, so the wrong target files
have been removed. As a result of this, the system started with no additional services,
gettys and also the rootfs was read-only mounted.

pakfire: Sync to upstream version.

Includes fixes for removing packages and some more
minor fixes.

lvm2: Update to 2.02.95.

udisks needs a more recent version to compile than the
previous one.

kernel: Re-enable capabilities in chroots.

The grsecurity patch creates an option to disallow using most
of the capabilities. This is good to deny non-root users
to allow changing networking stuff (NET_ADMIN) and more.

However, we make a lot use of chroots, but to keep the chrooted
services able to their things, we need to give them the rights
to do so.

The change requires to change the grsecurity security level
option from HIGH to CUSTOM.

pygobject2: The devel package contained all files.

The DEVEL template was missing in the -devel package generation.

dracut: The plymouth plugin calls files in /usr/libexec.

However, we don't have /usr/libexec and thus are replacing
those paths by /usr/lib.

curl: Provide curl-devel.

Some packages use curl-devel in their dependency list and
I think it is reasonable to add this to find the required
libs easier.

pam_ldap: Move to /usr.

filesystem: Add /var/{lock,run} symlinks and fix scriplet.

systemd apparently does not bind-mount /var/lock and /var/run
anymore but symlinks them instead to their corresponding directories
in /run.

The scriptlet contained an error which caused a crash on all
architectures except x86_64 because of a bad checking of
the directory existance. Hopefully this is now properly fixed.
