pth: Adjust context switches on armv7hl.

binutils: Fix cross-compiling issue.

Because of a wrong configuration of --host, --build and --target
the package was not correctly built and the linker was missing.

Additionally to this change, support for plugins was enabled,
the bugurl set and 64-bit-bfd is enabled, too.

kmod: Ship tools like lsmod, modprobe, etc.

The kmod package does now ship all tools that were
usually provided by module-init-tools. So kmod replaces
the module-init-tools package.
