kernel: Disable LPAE on ARM - create uImage.

LPAE has been enabled on all ARMv7 platforms, but
OMAP4 (at least) does not support that, so the kernels
did not boot.

Also, we directly generate u-boot images.

iproute2: Rebuild with new iptables.

iproute2 links against libiptables, which had a version
bump, so we need to rebuild against the new version.

kernel: Update to 3.8.3.

grub: Installation fails because of hardening.

Disable hardening for some GRUB binaries, which get killed
by grsec when executed.

texinfo: Update to version 5.1.

Fixes bug #10308.
