gcc: Fix /lib/cpp link to /usr/bin/cpp on x86_64.

Using the C preprocessor (e.g. by rpcgen) was not possible.
This commit fixes those builds.

lm-sensors: Fix typo in make_build_targets and make_install_targets.

Also remove rpath from sensors daemon.

openssl: Requires ca-certificates.

ca-certificates: New package.

This package contains the set of CA certificates chosen by the
Mozilla Foundation.

rcs: New package.

Required to build ca-certificates.

pth: Adjust context switches on armv7hl.

binutils: Fix cross-compiling issue.

Because of a wrong configuration of --host, --build and --target
the package was not correctly built and the linker was missing.

Additionally to this change, support for plugins was enabled,
the bugurl set and 64-bit-bfd is enabled, too.

kmod: Ship tools like lsmod, modprobe, etc.

The kmod package does now ship all tools that were
usually provided by module-init-tools. So kmod replaces
the module-init-tools package.

dracut: Update to 015.
