kernel: New build process, PAE kernel.

This is a rework of the kernel building process. In focus of the
script has been the matter that we will have several kernels with
different configurations.
As an example, I created a simple PAE kernel.

cpio: Update to 2.11.

openssh: Fix scriptlet which was a bit messed up.

pdns-recursor: Add scriptlets.

The service is enabled after installation.

libtool: Update to 2.4.2.

lua: Fix packaging of library files.

bzip2: Don't install bzip2-devel in build chroot.

iputils: Build manpages with docbook.

systemd: Build manpages with docbook.

dracut: Build manpages with docbook.

into several subpackages.

cups: -devel package did not require -libs package.

This is needed in order to link against libcups.

rstp: Enable rstp daemon by default when installing.

chrony: Fix install scripts and create 16 chars key.
