rootfile update: icecc

I added the sheduler to the icecc package to create clusters iside to own LAN.

Add missing patches for compat-wireless.

Rootfile update.

Fix build of compat-wireless with xen.

Adding some icecream files.

Added new package: icecc.

Downgrade compat-wireless that it will compile with xen.

This must be fixed soon. Versions higher than 2009-06-30 do not work.

Xen kernel fixes.

Passthrough is working now without any problems.

Remove all the xen stuff from lfs/linux.

Update xen-tools and hypervisor to 3.4.0 final.

Additionally I included some patches, that Cpufreq
and Co_assignment are working.

Updated xen patches taken from suse.

Before the shutdown, the user will ask if he really wants to shutdown the system

Before the restart should take place, the user has to be ask again whether he wants to restart or not.
