* configure.ac (arc-*-*, crx-*-*, i[[3456789]]86-*-pe,
m68hc11-*-*|m6811-*-*|m68hc12-*-*|m6812-*-*, mcore-*-pe*): Don't
handle GCC libraries.
* configure: Regenerate.
