1 Changes Prior to 1.3.0 release
2 - Make 'size' and unsigned long in Create to allow creation of
3 larger arrays.
4 - Explicitly flag spare devices as 'spare' in --detail and --examine
5 output. Previously they simply had no flags lists.
6 - Make MailCmd (for monitor) configurable in Makefile, and default
7 to "/usr/sbin/sendmail -t". Also split out the warning related
8 flags into CWFLAGS for easier build configurability.
