Manual pages: mount.8: Miscellaneous wording, grammar, and formatting fixes

Most of these are "obviously correct":
- formatting fixes
- improved English wordings
- add missing articles ("a", "the")
- a few spelling fixes
- a few "obvious" corrections to the text
