Use TAB-SPACE in preference to SPACE-TAB.

* libltdl/m4/libtool.m4 (_LT_PROG_XSI_REPLACE): Some editors
might optimise away the SPACE in SPACE-TAB sequences, so use
TAB-SPACE just in case.
