scriptreplay: enable special character handling

Calling cfmakeraw disables terminal special character handling. For
example, Ctrl-C does not send SIGINT to scriptreplay. The following
fixes this.

 tattr.c_lflag |= ISIG;

where tattr is the struct termios with which we are working.
