Disable auxv PAGESIZES workaround on FreeBSD 13

Leaving it in place for 11 (which is now EOL) and 12 - not
woth the complexity for them. Improve comment for supporession.

Also add a pointer to the illumos source web page for lwp_unlock_mutex
in case the syswrap ever needs improving.
