Merge r1901633 from trunk:

-qinitauto=FE conflicts with -qcheck=unset

maintainer mode only

causes a warning for every compiler invocation.  If automatics are initialized
by -qinitauto, use before being assigned cannot be detected with -qcheck=unset
(part of all)
