gdb/doc
* gdb.texinfo (Threads): Move paragraph about automatic thread
selection to All-Stop Mode subsection.
(Thread Stops): Reorganize existing material into subsections.
Add introductory blurb and menu.
(Non-Stop Mode): New subsection.
(Background Execution): New subsection.
(Maintenance Commands): Add cross-references from async mode
commands to the new Background Execution section.
