testsuite: Don't use -mfloat128 with AIX.

AIX doesn't support IEEE 128 floating point.  Don't add the -mfloat128
on AIX.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

* lib/target-supports.exp (add_options_for___float128): Only add
-mfloat128 to powerpc*-*-linux*.
