dt-bindings: dma: qcom,gpi: Document GPI DMA engine for Shikra SoC

Document the GPI DMA engine on Shikra platform.

It is fully compatible with the GPI DMA engine found on SM6350,
thus using qcom,sm6350-gpi-dma as fallback compatible.
