spi: bcm63xx: drop wrong casts in probe()

spi: bcm63xx: drop wrong casts in probe()

Both bs->regs and bs->{rx,tx}_io are tagged __iomem, so we shouldn't
cast them to anything else.

Silences the following sparse warning:
