Fix harmless static analyzer warnings in sessions, rtree, fts3 and fts5.
Add the -DSQLITE_OMIT_AUXILIARY_SAFETY_CHECKS compile-time option to cause
ALWAYS() and NEVER() macros to be omitted from the build.
