tests: remove directory, tests/sort/

* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Remove tests/sort/Makefile.
* tests/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Remove sort.
* tests/misc/sort: New file, with tests from...
* tests/sort/Test.pm: ...here.  Remove file.
