tests: accommodate bogomips capitalizations

* tests/cp/proc-short-read.sh: Kernel on ARMv7 Processor rev 3 (v7l)
spells it "BogoMIPS", so allow any capitalization.  Patch from
Zach van Rijn in <https://bugs.gnu.org/60339>.
