objdump: Add configure time option to enable colored disassembly output by default.

* configure.ac: Add --enable-colored-disassembly.
* objdump.c: Add --disassembler-color=terminal.
* doc/binutils.texi (objdump): Document the new option.
* NEWS: Mention new feature.
