* Makerules (lib%.so: lib%_pic.a): Pass -L options for subdir and

parent objdirs.

* extra-lib.mk (object-suffixes-$(lib)): New variable, produced by
filtering out $($(lib)-inhibit-o); use that instead of
$(object-suffixes) in all the other variables.
