* doc/texinfo.tex (\onepageout): Put the cropmarks in vboxes of
zero height so that they don't contribute space themselves.
Compensate for \topandbottommargin.
(\internalpagesizes): Advance \outervsize by 2\topandbottommargin,
not only 0.6in.
