shared/watchdog: add MESSAGE_IDs to logs about watchdog opening

One ID for the success case, with WATCHDOG_DEVICE= showing the device,
and one ID for the failure case, with WATCHDOG_DEVICE= if configured,
and ERRNO= set automatically.
