lib/colors: ncurses cleanup

* use proper paths to term.h
* keep ncurses support optional
* link with TINFO_LIBS (-ltinfo), or fallback to NCURSES_LIBS (-ltinfo -lncurses)
* don't include unnecessary ncurses.h (term.h is enough)
