ALSA: hda/realtek: Apply mute LED quirk for HP15-db

The HP laptop 15-db0403ng uses the ALC236 codec and controls the mute
LED using COEF 0x07 index 1.
Sound card subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device [103c:84ae]

Use the existing quirk for this model.
