mkfs.cramfs: check blocksize user input [cppcheck]

Enhance user input checking and error messaging, while fixing
cppcheck warning.

[disk-utils/mkfs.cramfs.c:729]: (style) Checking if unsigned variable 'blksize' is less than zero.
