tests: more resilient about tainted absolute srcdir path

* tests/init.cfg (stty_reversible_init_): Quote '$abs_top_srcdir'
properly.
(fiemap_capable_): Quote '$abs_srcdir' properly.
(require_dirent_d_type_): Likewise.
