Doc: Explicitly document extensions implied by -march=x86_64 [PR97585]

* doc/invoke.texi (x86 Options): Document list of extensions
supported by -march=x86_64, according to the declaration of
PTA_X86_64_BASELINE in config/i386/i386.h.
