t-strvec: mark variable-arg helper with LAST_ARG_MUST_BE_NULL

This will let the compiler catch a problem like:

  /* oops, we forgot the NULL */
  check_strvec(&vec, "foo");

rather than triggering undefined behavior at runtime.
