nspawn: introduce --cleanup option (#34776)

This is useful when the previous invocation is unexpectedly killed.

Otherwise, if systemd-nspawn is killed forcibly, then unix-export
directory is not cleared and unmounted, and the subsequent invocation
will fail. E.g.
```
