Merge r1903744, r1903745, r1904642, r1905646, r1905669 from trunk:

    Allow for HTTP/1.1 or HTTP/1.0 protocol health checks

    Document hcmethod enhancement to allow HTTP/1.1 comms

    Bump mmn

    bump again

+ suppress MMN changes, applied manually in 1906496
