re PR libstdc++/60612 (Throwing exception, catching and rethrowing (std::exception_ptr) in destructor leads to segfault)

	compatible with __cxa_exception.
	* libsupc++/unwind-cxx.h (__cxa_dependent_exception): Add padding.
