arch-mips.inc: Use -EB/-EL for denoting endianness

While -meb/-mel works it is not documented as supported and using -EL/-EB
also makes clang work without tweaking TUNE_CCARGS

Fixes
 mips-poky-linux-musl-clang: error: unknown argument: '-meb'
