Update auto-vectorizer maintainance area

The following adjusts the attribution of the auto-vectorizer area
to say 'vectorizer (+ tree-if-conv)' as approved by the SC.

* MAINTAINERS (auto-vectorizer): Change attribution to
vectorizer (+ tree-if-conv).
