drm/amd/display: Change lock descriptor values

[Why]
Review of usage scenarios requires dc_lock_descriptor modification.

[How]
Replace STATE/LINK/STREAM/PLANE with GLOBAL/STREAM/LINK, where
the first means all streams to be locked.
