ARM: dts: aspeed: santabarbara: Add gpio line name

Add GPIO line name for userspace control or monitoring
- Add leak-related line names to report chassis leak event
- Add debug-card-mux to control debug card access
- Add FM_MAIN_PWREN_RMC_EN_ISO_R to receive RMC power control signal
