I don't understand it either...

backport jhylton's checkin of
    revision 1.7 of test_pyclbr.py

Fix pyclbr test of httplib without really understanding pyclbr.

It seems that the new class HTTP11 in httplib.test() isn't
discoverable by pyclbr, which causes this test to fail.
